Ugadi is celebrated as “New Year” in many parts of the country, mainly in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Manipur, and Karnataka. This year people are celebrating the Ugadi on 22^nd March. On the day of the Ugadi, people perform pooja to all gods to bless them with joy, decorate houses with colorful rangoli, and people also visit temples on the day of Ugadi. Most Hindus celebrate this festival by providing a lot of unique dishes to God. They will prepare various dishes mixing all the six flavors like sweet, sour, acrid, pungent, salty, and bitter tastes.

The Ugadi word is imitative from the Sanskrit words Yug ( Age) and Aadi ( begin), which implies the bursting forth of the new age. The festival is called Ugadi or Smavathsaradi in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, whereas it is called Yugadi in Karnataka and Gudi Padwa in Maharashtra.

People usually expect Good luck on this day. Ugadi Panchanga Sravanam plays a significant role in the festival. The predictions regarding this new year, i.e., whether the Hevilambi Nama Samvatsaram is right or wrong, will be mentioned at the time of the Panchanga Sravanam, which will be done on the day of  Ugadi. Aftab Ameen Poonawala, a 28-year-old man who allegedly killed his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar, and chopped her body into 35 pieces. He disposed of them in different areas in the Mehrauli forest for 18 days. Aftab and Shraddha were in a relationship for a few months and they started living in a flat in Mehrauli. After the parent’s opposition, Shraddha moved to Delhi from Mumbai to live with him. Based on the sources, Aftab and Shraddha made an argument over Marriage that lead to strangling and stabbing.

According to reports, Shraddha’s phone was switched off over 2 months. Her father Vikas Madaan Walkar gave complained about allegedly kidnapping. With this police arrested Poonawala on Saturday and he opened up about the incident. Apparently, Aftab was a chef. Had an idea about how to cut flesh & bone. His butcher move made a massive impact. Telugu Super Star Krishna died due to cardiac arrest and had his last breath on November 15.

The Legendary Telugu actor Ghattamaneni Siva Rama Krishna Murthy aka Krishna has been admitted to Continental Hospital after a massive cardiac arrest on Monday. After a few hours of emergency moments, he was stabilized and shifted to ICU. On Tuesday early morning, he succumbed to death. This shocking news left the Telugu industry speechless. Celebrities from the media gave condolences to their family and took to social media to mourn the loss of Krishna’s death. He was 80.
